HK Post Service updates due to COVID-19 Outbreak

跟據香港政府及郵政公佈因CONVID-19爆發

因應政府七月十九日宣布的政府僱員特別工作安排,以及暫停大部分櫃位服務以減少社區人流和社交接觸的指示,香港郵政今日公布七月二十日至七月二十六日的郵政服務安排。

全線郵政局(包括流動郵政局)將會暫停服務,但會提供每星期兩次的郵件派遞服務,以及隔天的特快專遞郵件派遞及郵箱收信服務。

因應上述的特別安排,香港郵政的本地及出入口服務會有所延誤,就此帶來的不便,敬希見諒。

E78盡量會而其他方式盡量維持服務,如有延遲或影響,敬請原諒🙏🏻

國際郵件方面

DHL、FedEx、UPS及順豐快遞,會暫時維持正常。

本地郵件方面

門市取件、E78自取點及順豐快遞,會暫時維持正常。

In view of the Government's announcement today (July 19) on the special work arrangements for government employees as well as the instructions on the suspension of most of the counter services so as to reduce the flow of people and social contacts in the community, Hongkong Post today (July 19) announced the arrangements on Hongkong Post services from July 20 to 26.

All post offices (including mobile post office) will be suspended from service, but mail delivery service will be provided twice a week while Speedpost delivery and posting box collection will be provided on alternate days.

As a result of the above special arrangements, services of local and inbound mail will be subject to delay. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

E78 will keep the delivery service with other couriers. Please free feel to inform us, if any questions.

International mail
DHL, FedEx, UPS and SF Express will keep normal.

Local mail
Store pickup, E78 self-pickup point and SF Express will keep normal.
