Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

B. size not fit.

Apart from above, there is no exchange or refund on product and service.
Unless the problems or errors are caused by e78 shop, all the goods sold are not refunded.
Returned goods must be in brand new and unused condition.
Once goods are used, modified, assembled, installed or any damage caused by improper use, goods are non-refundable;
All sales items are non-refundable.
Goods are only allowed to exchange for 1 time if due to size problem.
In case the exchanged goods are sold out, you can select other goods to be replaced and pay the difference (if any);

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Visit the shop in person - you may bring the goods and official sales receipt to replace the goods within seven days from the day of purchase.

B. Overseas customers
For any goods replacement, please email us the reason first. For size replacement, please indicate the size want to replace.
Once we notify you the goods you want to exchange are available, please kindly send back the original goods to us for exchange immediately.
All item should use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please aware all the transportation risks are borne by customers. We take no responsibility for any damage or missing caused during transportation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
