穿線服務的球線顏色為隨機。如果有顏色需求，可在購物車備註欄填寫，我們會盡量滿足，但無法保證供應，否則隨機選擇不另行通知。

✔️ 於保養期內：YONEX 球拍為購買日起計 3 個月內；VICTOR 球拍為購買日起計 6 個月內
✔️ 穿線未超磅，並採用正常 4 結或 2 結穿線方式
❌ 不符合保養：超過保養期（YONEX 3 個月／VICTOR 6 個月）、任何碰撞損壞、限量版或已停產球拍
售後方式：可預約後將球拍帶到我們的新蒲崗門市，或郵寄至香港九龍新蒲崗雙喜街17號富德工業大廈9樓E室（E78 SHOP 收）。未能親臨門市者，請先發送損壞部位的清晰相片或影片給我們作初步審查。
VICTOR 送廠運費：VICTOR 球拍須送回南京廠房檢查，每支收取運費 HK$50，無論檢查結果如何均不設退還；YONEX 球拍不收取此費用。

✔️ Not caused by collisions
✔️ Within the warranty period: YONEX rackets within 3 months, VICTOR rackets within 6 months from the date of purchase
✔️ Proper tension and stringing method
❌ Not covered: beyond the warranty period (YONEX 3 months / VICTOR 6 months), collision damage, limited/discontinued models
After-sales service: bring the racket to our San Po Kong store (by appointment), or mail it to E78 SHOP, Flat E, 9/F, Success Industrial Building, 17 Sheung Hei Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. If you cannot visit the store, please first send us clear photos or video of the damaged area for a preliminary assessment.
VICTOR factory shipping fee: VICTOR rackets must be sent to the VICTOR factory in Nanjing for inspection. A non-refundable shipping fee of HK$50 per racket applies, regardless of the inspection result. This fee does not apply to YONEX rackets.
