由2022年3月18日起，順豐香港將進一步恢復上門收派服務，由現時的工商區域，擴大恢復至住宅及偏遠地區（部分指定地區樓宇除外）^。詳情如下︰
1. 有關最新上門收派服務︰
由3月18日起，除以下指定地區的樓宇外^，順豐香港將進一步恢復上門收派服務。至於所有隔離中心、社區治療設施、過去14天内曾有確診個案的樓宇的收派服務仍然暫停。

中西區、薄扶林、南區、太子、大角咀、長沙灣、荔枝角、荔景、美孚、粉嶺、大埔、西貢、馬鞍山、大圍、青衣、葵涌、屯門、元朗、洪水橋、大嶼山地區及赤臘角。 |
由於上述指定地區的樓宇暫不適用於是次恢復上門收派服務調整，如客戶寄件或收件地址位屬指定樓宇，仍可選用公司的自寄或自取服務，透過順豐營業點、順豐站或智能櫃等1,000個網點寄件或取件，時效比較可控及便捷。
而客戶在順豐香港SFHK APP、 WeChat及官網下單時，如地址屬指定樓宇範圍，會有提示訊息顯示「上門收派暫停」語句提醒客戶。如使用順豐網點，客戶須在下單時於寄方或收方地址欄填寫順豐網點代碼，更可透過順豐香港官網及SFHK APP「查件」功能，查閱快件實時狀態，了解快件最新情況。
