Right of Withdrawal

Your right to withdrawIf you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the period runs from the day you acquire the last item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

• Use the electronic withdrawal form available on our website (no account login required); or
• Complete and send us the model withdrawal form set out below; or
• Send any other unequivocal statement by email or post.

After you submit the electronic form, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Liability for diminished value of used goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

In practice, you may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. However, if you use the goods beyond such inspection, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your reimbursement. By way of example, this may apply where:

• a racket has been strung and/or played with (hit with a shuttlecock/ball), beyond merely holding and inspecting it;
• footwear has been worn on court or outdoors, beyond trying it on indoors as you would in a shop;
• a product shows signs of use, wear, dirt, odour, or removed/damaged protective films, tags or original packaging that prevent resale as new.

The amount deducted reflects the reduction in resale value. We will inform you of any such deduction and its basis.

Exclusions — products to which the right of withdrawal does NOT apply

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This includes rackets strung to your specified string type and/or tension at your request, and any other custom-configured or personalised item, as such goods are produced individually for you and cannot be resold as standard stock.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain hygiene-related items, where applicable).
• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
• Other categories listed in Article 16 of the Directive, to the extent applicable.

If you have purchased a made-to-specification (e.g. custom-strung) item together with stock items, the right of withdrawal continues to apply to the stock items; only the made-to-specification item is excluded.
